Questions people ask

Is a Giftella registry free?
Yes. Making it, sharing it and keeping it open cost nothing, and no card is needed. We may earn a small commission when a guest buys through some store links, at no extra cost to anyone.
Can I add gifts from any store?
Yes. Paste a link from any shop and the gift lands on your registry with its photo and price. Guests buy it from that store, so they keep their own delivery, rewards and returns.
How do guests avoid buying the same gift?
A guest reserves a gift before buying it, and it then shows as reserved to everyone else. Other guests never see who reserved it. You can see it on your dashboard.
How do cash funds work?
Add a fund for a honeymoon, a home or anything else, with your Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Cash App. Guests send money straight to you and nothing comes out of your gift. Where card payments are on, the guest pays the small card fee, so you still get 100 percent.
Who sees my address?
Nobody who is just browsing. If you add a shipping address, a guest sees it only after they reserve a gift, so they can send it to you.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Your link opens in any browser on any phone or computer.
Can I change my registry after I share it?
Any time. Add, remove or edit gifts whenever you like. Your link stays the same.
