5 · Partnership & commission agreement

A simple, performance-based partnership. No upfront or listing fees.

By joining the Giftella Ecosystem, you agree that Giftella earns a commission on sales it refers to you through the app. Specifics:

Commission applies only to orders Giftella sends you (shoppers arriving via your Giftella store links). Your organic sales are never touched.
The commission rate is set between 10% and 20%, confirmed in writing with your onboarding manager before go-live.
Either party may pause or remove the store from the Ecosystem at any time with written notice.
You confirm you're authorized to enter this partnership on behalf of the brand, and that the brand and products are genuine and lawful to sell.
Payouts are settled on a per-sale basis. Full terms are provided on confirmation.
