Giftella uses artificial intelligence to generate gift suggestions based on the profile information you provide. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Amazon Affiliate Links

Giftella participates in the Amazon Associates Programme. Gift recommendations in the App may include affiliate links to Amazon. Giftella may earn a commission from Amazon purchases made through links in this app. This does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely relevant to your gift profile.

5. Data Storage & Security

Gift profiles and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults and local databases). We do not upload your personal gift profile data to external servers unless required to generate AI recommendations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Giftella uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — subscription and purchase management
• Apple Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
