Giftella uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate gift recommendations. When you generate a gift guide, the recipient profile information you've entered is sent to Anthropic's servers to produce suggestions.
Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or any other third parties for marketing purposes.
Gift profiles and saved data are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Giftella may request permission to send you local notifications as reminders for upcoming gift occasions. This feature is entirely optional. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
We do not use push notification services that transmit your data to external servers.
Giftella is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
