Giftella offers the following subscription plans:
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
Free Usage: New users receive one free gift guide generation. After this, a subscription is required to continue using the App's core features.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.
Gift recommendations in Giftella are generated by artificial intelligence based on the profile information you provide. These recommendations are for informational and inspirational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. We encourage you to verify product details before making any purchase.
Giftella participates in the Amazon Associates Programme. Some gift recommendations include affiliate links to Amazon and other retailers. Giftella may earn a commission from purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or quality of third-party products or websites. Clicking affiliate links and making purchases is done at your own discretion.
All content within the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, logos, and software — is the property of Giftella and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giftella disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giftella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from purchasing decisions made based on App recommendations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
