You can use Giftella without signing up. Creating an account lets you save recipient profiles and come back any time to generate fresh ideas for the same person. Sign in with Apple is supported for quick, private account creation.

Giftella is currently iOS only. An Android version is on our roadmap — use the contact form below to be notified when it launches.

Giftella uses Claude by Anthropic to interpret your answers and generate ideas that feel personal and considered — not generic bestsellers. The AI weighs personality, age, interests, budget, and your relationship to produce 16 specific, varied suggestions.

Every gift suggestion links directly to Amazon and Google Shopping, so you can find it and buy it instantly. The AI focuses on the idea first to keep recommendations unbiased, then gives you the fastest path to purchase.

The more specific you are, the better the results. Instead of "music lover," try "obsessed with collecting vinyl, especially 70s soul." Specific inputs produce specific gifts. You can also tap Regenerate for a different creative angle.

Pro gives you unlimited gift guides, unlimited saved profiles, smart occasion reminders for birthdays and anniversaries, priority AI results, and early access to new features — for $4.99/month or $34.99/year.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Giftella, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

First try restoring purchases: in the app go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us with your Apple ID email and we'll fix it promptly.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help with the process, reach out and we'll assist where we can.

Only what's needed to generate recommendations — the questionnaire answers you provide. If you create an account, your Apple ID or email is stored. We never sell personal data to third parties.

If you're signed in, saved recipient profiles are stored securely so you can revisit them any time. Without an account, nothing is retained after your session ends.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your data immediately. You can also email privacy@giftella.app to request deletion.
