How these guides work
Do I need a certain number of followers?
No. There is no minimum, no application and no approval step. If you have five people who want to send you something, the list is worth having.
Will people see my home address?
No. Supporters never see it. Giftella asks for a shipping address privately and uses it to complete the order, so what a sender sees is the product and the confirmation, never where you live.
Does Giftella take a cut of my gifts?
No. Making and sharing a list is free and Giftella takes no percentage of what your audience sends. Giftella may earn a small affiliate commission from the retailer on some links, which costs the sender nothing extra.
Can I see who sent what?
Yes, after it is claimed. You can also leave claims hidden until the parcel turns up if you would rather be surprised, which is the default.
Can my audience send something without downloading an app?
Yes. Your link opens in any browser and anyone can browse it and send from it. The app is for you, and for the supporters who want their own list.
What if I want to take the list down?
Delete it whenever you like. It is your list, your link and your data, and nothing about leaving is designed to be difficult.
