How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. Create your workspace, add your team by email or paste a list, and the invites go out right away. There is nothing to install and no IT work.
Who pays for the gifts?
You do, directly at the store, with your own card. Giftella never marks up a gift and never takes a cut. The monthly fee covers everything else.
What do employees need to do?
Fill in a 90 second gift profile once. They can update it any time, choose what to share, and opt out of any occasion.
What can admins see?
Names, dates and the preferences each person chose to share. A home address is only visible if the employee shares it. Otherwise they choose ask me first and you check with them before sending.
How does the free pilot work?
Your first 30 days are free and you do not need a credit card. After that, plans start at $149.99 a month for up to 50 employees. Month to month, cancel any time.
We have more than 50 employees. Can we use it?
Yes. Team covers up to 100 employees for $249.99 a month and Scale covers up to 500 for $399.99 a month. For more than 500, email info@giftella.app and we will set up a plan that fits.
Can employees see their gifts?
Yes. They get an email when a gift is on its way, can track it, and can say thanks. Work gifts also show up in the Giftella app for iPhone and Android.
