Is this an affiliate program?
Yes, that is the simplest way to think about it. Shoppers find your product on Giftella, tap through to your site and buy there. Giftella earns a commission only on those orders. If you already run an affiliate program, we can join it and use your links.
Who sees my products?
People shopping for a gift on Giftella, on iPhone, Android and the web. They arrive with a real occasion in mind, like a birthday, a wedding, a new baby or a thank you, and they are looking for something specific to one person. Your products appear when they fit that person, in gift ideas, gift guides and on the Ecosystem shelf.
Do I have to change anything about how I sell?
No. You keep your site, your prices, your checkout and your shipping. Giftella never takes the order or holds your money. The sale lands with you, the same as any other customer.
I sell on Etsy, Amazon or Instagram. Can I still join?
Yes. We link to wherever people buy from you. If you sell through Instagram or WhatsApp, pick that on the application and the link opens a chat with you instead of a website.
Which of my products are shown?
You choose a few products when you apply, and those are what we start with. You can send new ones or seasonal swaps any time.
Can I leave?
Any time, with written notice, and it costs nothing. Either side can pause or end it. There is no lock in.
